The Leyburn offered a spacious and comfortable stay. The bedrooms were a good size with comfy beds. The conservatory was a highlight with underfloor heating. There was plenty of room for everyone to gather and enjoy meals together. The property provided essential supplies like washing up liquid, shampoo, and body wash. I would recommend this accommodation for its comfort and amenities.

My recent stay at The Leyburn was fantastic. I was in Birmingham for the NEC and needed a convenient location. The house was lovely, with plenty of natural light and a well-stocked kitchen. Clean towels and toiletries were provided, and the beds were very comfy. I also appreciated the WhatsApp support, which was helpful when I had questions. The host was understanding and even arranged for someone to meet me for check-in when I was running late. a great stay!

The villa was amazing, it felt like a luxurious home away from home. The bedrooms were cozy and comfortable, and the living room was perfect for hanging out and watching TV. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals, and the bathrooms were clean and spacious.

The only thing I didn't love was the satellite TV in the living room as it didn't have a lot of channels. But hey, everyone has different preferences, right?
